These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Imprest, an internal employee application developed by and for Raybrand Communications India Private Limited ("Company"). By accessing this application, you acknowledge that:

• You are an authorized employee (full-time, part-time, or contractual) of Raybrand Communications India Private Limited
• You have been provided valid login credentials by the IT administration
• This application is NOT available to the general public
• Access is restricted to company personnel only

2. Account Access and Security

Login credentials are generated and managed exclusively by IT administrators. You agree to:

• Use only the credentials assigned to you by the IT department
• Not share your login credentials with anyone
• Report any security concerns immediately to IT support
• Accept that account access may be revoked upon termination of employment

3. Acceptable Use Policy

As a Raybrand employee using this internal application, you agree to:

• Use the application solely for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Respect the confidentiality of company information
• Not attempt to access unauthorized areas or data
• Report any technical issues to the IT department

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing login credentials with non-employees
• Attempting to bypass security measures
• Using the application for personal or non-business purposes
• Downloading or sharing company data without authorization
• Any activity that violates company policies or Indian law

5. Data and Confidentiality

All information accessed through this application is confidential and proprietary to Raybrand Communications India Private Limited. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any company information to unauthorized parties.

6. Monitoring and Compliance

The company reserves the right to monitor application usage for security, compliance, and performance purposes. All activities may be logged and reviewed by authorized personnel.

7. Termination of Access

Access to this application will be terminated immediately upon:

• Termination of employment with Raybrand Communications India Private Limited
• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Breach of company policies
• Request by management or IT administration

8. Limitation of Liability

This application is provided "as is" for internal business use. Raybrand Communications India Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the internal policies of Raybrand Communications India Private Limited. Any disputes will be resolved through internal company procedures.

10. Google Play Compliance

These terms are provided to comply with Google Play Store requirements. This application is distributed internally and is not available for public download or use.

11. Changes to Terms
